office excels is one of the most popular and widely used spread Sheet programs.
A spread sheet is an electronic document that enables you to calculate and Store
various types of data. A spread sheet package is a replacement of paper,
pencil, eraser, Ruler and calculator etc. Traditionary used by people working
in an office.
Microsoft excel एक बहुत ही popular और सबसे ज्यादा
उपयोग होने वाला spreadsheet program है । Spreadheet
(Excel) एक electronic document है जिसकी सहायता
से different प्रकार के आंकड़ो को calculate और store किया जाता है। Spreadsheet (Excel) का उपयोग होने की वजह से पेपर, pencil , scale और
calculator की जरूरत खतम हो गयी। समान्यत: लोगो के दोवारा
Excel का उपयोग office मे किया जाता है।
Q. How to start an excel application?
Ans. To start an Excel application follows
these steps:-
1. press windows +r
2. Now write excel in run box
to open excel workbook.

No of total column = 16,3,84
No of total rows = 10,48,576

There are 1,048,576 lines numbered as 1, 2, 3 ...1,048,576. First row no is 1 and last row no is 1,048,576. To go to the cell in last row press end + down arrow key or ctrl+down arrow key. To return to cell in 1st row press end + up arrow key.
हिंदी :- Row की संख्या 1048576 होती है जो की 1,2,3 करते हुए 1048576 तक जाती है। सबसे last row मे जाने के लिए end या control के साथ down arrow key press किया जाता है और वापस ऊपर आने के लिए end या control के साथ up arrow key press किया जाता है।
which is the last valid column header in ms excel
There are 16,3,84 columns no as A, B, C.....Z, AA, AB, and XFD. The 1st column name is A and the last is XFD. To go to the cell in last column header press end + forward arrow key or ctrl+forward arrow key and to return the cell in 1st column press end + back arrow key.
हिंदी :- column की total संख्या 16384 होती है जो की A , B, C, D करते हुए XFD तक जाती है। last column पर जाने के लिए end या ctrl के साथ forward arrow key press करना रहता है और वापस आने के लिए end या ctrl के साथ back arrow key ।
EXCEL Cell
A cell is the intersection
of row and column.
हिंदी :- Row और column के मिलने से जो
area बनता है उसको cell कहते है। सबसे ऊपर वाले
cell का address A1 होता है। जिससे A
column और 1 row होता है।
Ex – the uppermost cell is A1 (column A and row 1).
Sheet tabs
Sheet tabs displays the
sheet names .Each worksheet is named as sheet 1, sheet2 and sheet3.
To insert new sheet:- shortcut-> shift+f11
हिंदी :- Sheet tab मे sheet
का नाम दिखता है।एक sheet मे sheet का नाम sheet1 , sheet2 ,
sheet3 होता है जब तक उसका नाम बदला ना जाए।
Workbook EXCEL
Excel documents (files) are known as work books. Each work book
combines three work sheet by default. Each sheet is named
uniquely like sheet1, sheet2, sheet3, etc. Adding or deleting the sheet
can change the no of sheets.
When
excel is loaded it automatically opens a new work book, named
book1 with extension .xlsx.
हिंदी :- excel के file को work book के नाम से जाना जाता है। एक work book मे by default 3 sheets होते है। sheet की संख्या को जोड़ा और हटाया भी जा सकता है। जब भी excel को खोला जाता है तो एक नया workbook खुलता है जिसके title bar पर book1 लिखा रहता है और इसका extension name .xlsx होता है।
Work sheet
A work sheet is a sheet made up of rows and columns. It is used for planning all financial documents of an organization.
हिंदी :- Excel के जिस शीट पर काम किया जाता है उसको work sheet कहते है।
Formula bar
formula bar is located below the Ribbon that displays the cell address and content of the current cell.
हिंदी :-
formula bar ribbon के ठीक नीचे दिखता है जिसपे cell का address और लिखी गयी चीजे
दिखती है।
Q. How to save the workbook?
To save the workbook follows
these steps:-
1. Click the File Menu.
2. Click saves as.
3. Navigate to the location
where you want to save the file.
4. Enter a filename in
filename text box such as expense sheet.
5. Click save, the document
will be saved with name expense sheet with extension .xlsx.
6. Click open, the existing worksheet will open.
